Case of orthodontic extrusion of an upper central incisor for rehabilitation with a dental implant.
The piece presented mobility, loss of support and the gum margin in a very high position.
Through extrusion with brackets, the tissues in the upper arch were moved to a more acceptable position to support the implant.
After 6 months, this incisor was rehabilitated with an osseointegrated implant and his own tooth as an immediate provisional crown.
