This patient came to the clinic for a consultation to improve dental aesthetics.
After carrying out a complex digital study, we detected altered, worn and asymmetrical occlusal planes and restorations with aesthetic deficiencies.
To begin with, we carried out an intervention to level the gingival margins, followed by provisional restorations to recover the lost wear and thus level the bite.
Once the correct function was restored with digital planning, we made the move from provisional to definitive restorations, achieving a natural makeup with the help of the laboratory.
