When unfortunately we can no longer do anything to preserve our patients’ teeth, what we do is study what type of implant-supported prosthesis can restore lost function and aesthetics.
Once this has been designed, we plan the extraction of the pieces with the placement of the implants and provisional teeth on the same day of the intervention.
After 3 months, we check the stability of all the implants, reevaluate the aesthetics and function of the provisional prostheses in case any aspect needs to be improved and proceed to make the definitive prostheses, in this case an upper metal-ceramic and a lower metal-resin.
In this way, we reach the end with maximum predictability and total patient satisfaction.
