The patient had a considerable lack of space and several dental agenesis (absence of permanent teeth).
Treatment was performed with upper and lower fixed orthodontics, extracting temporary (baby) teeth that had not yet fallen out.
In addition to aligning and leveling the dental arches, the forward position of the upper teeth relative to the lower ones was corrected, improving facial aesthetics and facilitating future dental and gingival maintenance.
