25-year-old patient who comes to the consultation to restore the previous dental aesthetics, where he has displacement of the upper central incisor due to trauma.
After a multidisciplinary study evaluating the different treatment options, the incisor is extracted and an implant is placed along with bone regeneration techniques and gum grafting.
Next, a provisional phase is carried out where the provisional crown is modified in order to shape the tissues and finally place the definitive crown.
