Young patient who presented with infection of the right incisor tooth with vertical fracture and old sockets with gingival retraction of both teeth.
We performed the extraction of the right central tooth with regeneration and gum grafting, to later place an implant and provisional in a single session.
We also changed the left incisor case and two aesthetic restorations were made to the lateral incisors to improve the shapes and close black spaces.
Finally, when we achieved the desired aesthetics with the provisionals, we replaced them with definitive ceramic covers, both for the implant and the tooth.
