In this case, the patient had a left crossbite, with deviation from the midline.
In addition to a lot of wear with lack of enamel and generalized exposure of dentin due to bruxism.
This case could not be resolved without orthodontics, as there was not enough space for the restorations.
In the first phase, the wear was restored by lengthening the tooth, so that the bracket could be placed provisionally.
Next, orthodontics with self-ligating braces system was started for 18 months.
The objectives were to level the margins, uncross the bite, gain more space to lengthen the incisors, good gearing and occlusal stability.
The last and third phase consisted of whitening in the clinic and changing provisional restorations to injected reconstructions of both the molars and the entire anterior area.
