This patient was referred to the clinic because he had detected tooth mobility and had been told he had periodontitis.<\/p>\n
He had a very questionable prognosis for several of his teeth, favored by the lack of good support at the molar level.<\/p>\n
After performing periodontal treatment and stabilizing the underlying disease, the patient wanted to rehabilitate the missing sections and reconstruct the wear that his teeth had suffered.<\/p>\n
