Obvious, right?<\/h2>\n<p>But we&#8217;re not just referring to taking your toothbrush with you when you travel, but to always carrying it with you, in your bag or backpack, even if you don&#8217;t plan on traveling.<\/p>\n<p>Summer is very conducive to improvisation and there are many days when we end up eating or sleeping away from home without having planned it.<\/p>\n<p>Carrying the brush around is not a burden, there are travel-sized ones, with a reduced volume, and you don&#8217;t even need toothpaste or mouthwash.<\/p>\n<p>What really cleans the bacteria is the action of a good brushing. You don&#8217;t need anything else! <\/p>\n<p>Well, if you add dental floss, we&#8217;ll give you an honorary degree.<br \/>\n##NUM##2.<\/p>\n<h2>Do you eat out?<\/h2>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve ignored our first tip and your friends have tricked you and you&#8217;ve ended up eating out, we still have some options to alleviate it: eat foods with fiber, such as carrots or apples, which clean your teeth when you chew them; finish your meals with foods that help neutralize the acidity of your mouth, such as cheese; and chew sugar-free gum with xylitol, which helps generate more saliva and, therefore, protects our enamel.<\/p>\n<p>Also try to avoid very sweet or very salty snacks or refreshments as much as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Although all these tips are useful, they do not replace a toothbrush or dental floss!<br \/>\n##NUM##3.<\/p>\n<p>Moisturizing your lips is not coquetry.
