Committed to health inside and outside the clinic We return to the Race: Let’s put out cancer. Once again, part of the Cervera Clinic team puts on their sports shoes to join the Race: Let’s put out cancer, organized by the Girona Fire Department and the Girona Oncolliga Foundation, a sporting but above all solidarity event that has already become a classic in the city.<\/p>\n
The race aims to raise funds for the fight against cancer.<\/p>\n
It does so in a popular and participatory format, with routes for all levels: 10 km, 5 km, children’s races and even a special event for equipped firefighters.<\/p>\n
All of this, in a festive, family-friendly and deeply committed atmosphere.<\/p>\n
A journey with a supportive soul This year, four members of the team represented the clinic on this special day.<\/p>\n

Ana Moreno was encouraged by the 10 km race, achieving a very good time.<\/p>\n
For their part, our assistants Imma L\u00f3pez, Teresa S\u00e1nchez and Tere Rodr\u00edguez opted for the 5 km walk, enjoying the outdoors, the city and, above all, good conversation throughout the route.<\/p>\n
In addition, we had the opportunity to meet with the president of the Oncolliga Girona Foundation, Paqui Badosa, and with Carla Garrido, the organization’s communications manager.<\/p>\n
A very special moment to share impressions, laughter and commitment.<\/p>\n
Running (and walking) for something more than just sport. The best thing about this type of event is seeing the city completely get involved: from the most experienced runners to entire families walking for a good cause.<\/p>\n
Without forgetting, of course, the essential role of the volunteers, who make it possible and entrust their enthusiasm throughout the entire route.<\/p>\n
At Cl\u00ednica Cervera we love being part of initiatives that go beyond sports, that promote values \u200b\u200bsuch as solidarity, mutual care and commitment to health – in all its dimensions.<\/p>\n
Thank you for continuing to build community. From here we want to congratulate the organizers and all the participants in the race.<\/p>\n
We feel very grateful to be able to live this experience for another year and to continue contributing our small bit.<\/p>\n
Because taking care of your health also means going out, moving, sharing and supporting causes that matter.<\/p>\n
