Clínica Cervera celebrates three decades as a benchmark for dental health in Girona Thirty years, that goes by very quickly!
This is the time that has passed since February 1994, when medical director Santiago Cervera opened the doors of Clínica Cervera.
Who could have imagined then that this would end up becoming one of the most important dental clinics in Girona?
And not only because of the training and specialization of our team, or because of our daily work in the prevention and care of the oral health of our patients, but also because of the commitment we maintain with social reality, as well as for the culture and sport of our city.
There are so many moments and experiences that we have lived in these years working day after day at the clinic, that it is inevitable that we feel like a big family.
And what does a family do when such an important date arrives?
Well, celebrate it!
And that’s what we did last Friday, February 2: celebrate firsthand what we have already experienced and what awaits us.
We got up early to make the most of the day, at 9 in the morning we met to have breakfast together and start the day with our batteries well charged, we were divided into groups and we did a gymkhana through the Old Town and around the Cathedral of Girona.
In an hour and a half, questions from this particular Trivia person about our city had to be answered: history, monuments, legends, curiosities…
And although we all brought out our competitive side to see which group answered the most questions, the truth is that with everything we discovered and learned, we all won.
What an enriching experience!
Once the game was over, we headed to the restaurant to have lunch together, where we hardly had time to discuss the morning’s adventures, because more special moments awaited us with the speech of the medical director, who presented us with a broad review of the history of Clínica Cervera, from its beginnings through the change of address and its expansion, the addition of specialties, collaborations with entities in the city, …
And at the end, each of us received a personalized watch as a souvenir of this day.
And speaking of family: our patients are also part of it.
That’s why we also have something prepared for many of them.
Specifically, and on the occasion of our 30th anniversary celebration, we will give some details to those patients with whom we have cultivated a special bond over all these years.
