The patient comes to our office with two lower central incisors with periodontal (gum) problems, suppuration and mobility.
After the radiographic study, we see a large infection in the roots of these pieces and we choose to extract them and regenerate the bone defect with biomaterial, thus achieving sufficient bone volume for the subsequent placement of the dental implant.
After 6 months, the regeneration has healed, and a narrow dental implant is placed to rehabilitate both teeth. + info: more details about this treatment
