After the examination we observed a large focus of infection under the roots of the tooth.
Seeing the large remaining dental structure, we choose to perform endodontic retreatment of the piece and observe the subsequent evolution.
After 6 months we can see the complete healing of the lesion, giving this tooth a second chance, returning its initial chewing function.
