Patient with periodontal disease, presenting with great gum retraction and mobility in the remaining pieces with absence of posterior sectors.
After an aesthetic and functional assessment, the gums were treated and then implants were placed where pieces were missing, to finally perform a fixed ceramic prosthesis on the upper teeth and aesthetic composites on the lower incisors.
