After many efforts to maintain this patient’s upper teeth, due to advanced periodontal disease, we chose to improve comfort with a total rehabilitation on implants.
Thus improving its aesthetic quality, both functional (stronger teeth and no discomfort) and aesthetic.
In this way, on the same day it went from the initial state (photo 1) to a prosthesis on provisional implants (photo 2) since on the same day that we removed the teeth, we placed implants and provisional teeth.
Approximately 4 months later, after checking the health of the implants, we were able to make the prosthesis with a definitive ceramic material (photo 3).
Where we were able to give him all the solidity and final aesthetics necessary to eat any food and smile with confidence.
