This patient came to the clinic with the aim of rehabilitating a section where she was missing teeth and treating the dental wear she was experiencing.
First, we carried out periodontal treatment to condition the bone and gums, which were showing signs of disease.
Once the situation was stabilized, we performed bone regeneration in the area where we wanted to recover the teeth, with the prior extraction of a tooth with a poor prognosis.
When the bone consolidated, we placed two implants that we later used as pillars for an implant bridge that replaces three missing pieces.
To correct the dental wear accumulated over time, aesthetic reconstructions with injected composite were proposed to recover dental shape, harmony and function.
