Multidisciplinary treatment for a 28-year-old patient, a first phase of gum hygiene and rehabilitation with an implant of a fractured molar was performed.
Once the implant was integrated, a provisional crown was placed and invisible orthodontics began to correct the occlusion and malposition.
By improving the inclination of the lower incisor, an improvement and thickening of the gum in the recession has been achieved without the need for a gum graft.
